Harmonisation Compared with Shielding
The development of electrosmog
Situation before electromagnetic pollution
Situation today
Looking back, nature in earlier times was largely untroubled by artificial electromagnetic fields. The Earth was characterised solely by its natural magnetic field and atmospheric discharges. However, with the advent of electricity in the late 19th century, a fundamental change began: incandescent light bulbs, motors and the first electricity grids filled our everyday lives with low-frequency fields.
In the early 20th century, radio broke the silence of the airwaves, followed by television, which was initially broadcast via terrestrial transmitters and later via satellites. At the same time, radar technology was developing.
With the advent of mobile telephony in the 1980s (1G), the era of mobile communication began. Wi-Fi became established in the late 1990s as the standard for wireless networks in homes and offices, meaning that every room was potentially integrated into a local radiation field.
This development gained further momentum with the advent of aviation radar and global satellite communications. Today, we are surrounded by invisible fields emanating from numerous sources: 4G/5G mobile networks, Bluetooth devices, smart home systems and the constant connectivity provided by the Internet of Things (IoT). The introduction of 5G has once again massively expanded the spectrum of artificial radiation, as it utilises not only higher frequencies but also a significantly denser infrastructure comprising thousands of smaller base stations.
Natural vs. artificial radiation
Alongside these technical fields, there are natural structures in the ground, such as the Curry net, the Hartmann grid or water veins. These natural earth radiations can be overlaid and disrupted by artificial electromagnetic fields. The result is often an intensification of the natural phenomena or their transformation into harmful interference fields.
What does this mean for our homes? In modern residential buildings, particularly those with reinforced concrete structures, natural life energy has often fallen to critical levels of only around 30 per cent. This raises the pressing question: how can we restore our quality of life and energetic balance?
The «Shielding» Approach
Flow of life energy
Life energy with shielding approx. 20-40%
There are various products on the market that use the shielding method (e.g. shielding mats, EMF paints or textiles containing silver threads, etc.).
This method can provide short-term relief by blocking external interference frequencies.
Disadvantage: The long-term effect is often problematic, as shielding not only blocks disruptive fields but also retains the natural restorative energies necessary for living organisms.
As a result, the life energy in the home continues to decline, and electrosmog can become concentrated inside.
The «harmonisation» method
Life energy with minimal harmonisation approx. 80-120%
Life energy with optimal harmonisation approx. 120-160%
At FOSTAC, we rely on the harmonisation method. This does not simply block negative disruptive influences, but transforms them into a positive form of energy.
As a result, the body is not weakened; instead, the harmonised fields support natural vitality.
Result: The life energy in the home increases significantly to levels between 80 and 160 percent.
In isolated cases, the rapid increase in energy may trigger short-term reactions in the body (so-called ‘irritation symptoms’), though these are usually temporary. This is followed by an increased sense of well-being.
Advantage: Natural energies are once again available without restriction, meaning that there is no need to forego modern technologies.
In this way, people, animals and plants receive support to regain harmony with their environment and to replenish their life energy, rather than losing it.
